Customized Educational Seminars

Claire R. Gould, Owner has presented all over the United States to meeting planners and vendors on the topic of banqueting food and beverage. Her interactive class The Good, The Bad & The Ugly is a look inside the F & B Culinary Medicine Cabinet and is always popular with corporate, association and social event planners. Attendees will walk away with knowledge they can use immediately to cut costs, maximize food budgets, plan menus, and work with culinary operations staff resulting in a copasetic culinary operation.

Menu Tasting Classes

Venues often offer a menu tasting to customers as a way for them to become familiar with the food. Often it is a gesture of good will. It is important that you are simulating the same scenarios that your guests will be experiencing otherwise it isn’t a proper tasting. Often when you are tasting multiple items it becomes confusing.

Hire us for this service and we will work with you to lend clarity and consistency to your menu choices. You will leave the tasting with many helpful hints to use in future tastings. During the session we will make recommendations on substitutions and discuss presentation and flow of event. This service will make your planners more objective when they are doing this culinary task.
